Working alongside yourself in a one to one setting where we can really focus on what's right for you. Within the private studio we will have all the space and equipment to ensure you gain the best experience each session.

Train with a friend, your partner or even a relative! That extra bit of encouragement from a someone you know can go a very long way.


Offered at a discounted rate compared to 1-1 training, this would be an ideal starting point for any friend, partner or loved one to start their lifestyle change.

Group Training

They say that group training is one of the best for motivation and support, why not gather a few friends and loved ones to all train together.


Offering a varied and exciting way to exercise could be your key to unlocking your fitness potential.
